In a large saucepan, melt together:
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
Stir in:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup rice crispies cereal
Mix in:
basically anything you want - the possibilities are endless!
1/2 nuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chocolate chips
When the mixture is cool enough for you to handle, form into balls and roll in shredded coconut (optional). Store in a cool place.
