Korean Roast Chicken Thighs

8 chicken thighs, skin on
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup minced green onion (or regular onion)
3 Tbsp sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
3 Tbsp honey
2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place chicken skin side down in a large baking dish.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then pour on top of chicken.
4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
5. Turn the chicken over in the dish and back for another 15 minutes.
