White Corn Bread

2 1/4 cups + 2 Tbsp bread flour
1 cup white or yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp butter
7 oz warm milk
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast (for machines with yeast dispensers, use 3 tsp yeast)
